Dawgs™ Australia Warranty and Return Policy
The Dawgs™ brand stands behind all of our products for both our retail accounts and consumers. In the event that you have a Dawgs™ product with a material or workmanship flaw, for fastest service, we advise you to first check with the place of purchase for their assistance. Retailers do have their own particular return policies, however. If you are not able to return an item to the original place of purchase, you still may be able to receive service for the item directly through Dawgs™.
Avoid leaving your Dawgs footwear where they will or can be exposed to heat or the sun. Leaving them in a car, a dish washer, washing machine, in front of a radiator or fire, in a sunroom or outside where they can be exposed to the sun as this can cause the shoes to shrink. This is not covered by our manufacturer’s warranty.
Replace this product once the sole unit becomes smooth or partially smooth. The slip resistance is dramatically reduced once this becomes smooth or partially smooth.
ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A TAX INVOICE FROM WHERE THEY WERE PURCHASED. No Claim will be recognised without a valid TAX INVOICE.
Returning Online orders:
We design Dawgs™ products with quality in mind. The Dawgs™ Brand feels the same way about customer service. If you feel the need to return or exchange an item based on the guidelines below, we will gladly make it happen.
Dawgs™ merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed, with original packaging and invoice or receipt to receive a refund or exchange.
If you require a size or colour change, you can return your online purchase with an Addressed, Australia Post bag, the same size as the items you were sent - included with your returned goods.
Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size or colour. A shipping and handling fee of $10 per order is included in the price of your goods. This will be deducted from any refund issued.
Charges for shipping an item regarding returns will be at the customers' expense. Dawgs™ brand does not accept COD deliveries for returned items.
You must include a return address. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed, and Dawgs™ will not replace the contents of the package. Thank you for your co-operation.
Exchanges are subject to availability. A refund will be processed if the product is unavailable.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for receipt of exchanges or refunds.
Some sale products marked "last chance" or "closeouts" are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Certain items carry their own return policies and the above guidelines do not apply. Please refer to the return policy information that came with your item for more details.
The Dawgs™ brand reserves the right to limit returns.
Please phone us in the first instance and advise us of the problem. We will then get you to package your Dawgs™ in their original packaging with your purchase receipt or invoice.

Products that may not be returned:
Products the Dawgs™ Brand determines in its sole discretion to be free of any material or workmanship flaws may not be returned:
- Products evidencing wear, misuse or alteration.
- Size, fit, and style selection complaints. (Online orders may be an exception - please provide proof of Online purchase ie: your receipt).
- Salesman samples.
The Dawgs™ Brand is not responsible for misdirected or lost packages, or any actions that result of not following the guidelines provided.
